Introduction
These regulations aim to govern the operations, security, professionalism, and trust of all platform users, including sellers, equipment and machine renters, as well as professional experts (Technicians & Engineers) providing various services.
Every individual or company using this platform agrees to comply with all these terms as they may be. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
1. REGULATIONS FOR SELLERS
An individual or company wishing to sell equipment, machinery or other products on the platform must meet the following requirements:
1.1 Providing truthful information
- Full name or company name
- Working phone number
- Valid email address
- Physical address
- National ID or company registration documents
Providing false or misleading information is a serious offense that may result in account suspension.
1.2 Right to conduct business
- Authorized to conduct business in accordance with Rwandan laws
- Activities do not violate laws or public security
- Not involved in activities prohibited by law
1.3 Product requirements
- Must belong to the seller or be authorized by the rights holder
- Must have accurate and clear descriptions
- Damaged items must be clearly indicated
- Must not be obtained illegally
- Must have photos showing the true condition of the product
1.4 Prohibited activities
- Selling stolen or legally prohibited items
- Posting misleading information
- Fraudulent price manipulation
- Using threatening, discriminatory, or abusive language
- Selling items that pose safety risks or harm health
1.5 Seller responsibilities
- Responsible for all issues related to their products
- Must respond to customers respectfully and in a timely manner
- Must honor commitments made to customers
2. REGULATIONS FOR EQUIPMENT AND MACHINE RENTERS
An individual or company wishing to rent out machinery or equipment on the platform must comply with the following:
2.1 Providing accurate equipment information
- Name of equipment or machine
- How it is used
- Condition of the equipment
- Rental price
- Photos showing the equipment clearly
2.2 Rental agreement
- Rental period
- Payment method
- Security deposit if applicable
- Renter's responsibilities if equipment is damaged
- Equipment return procedure
2.3 Safety and trust
- Equipment works properly
- No issues that could cause accidents
- Provide usage instructions when necessary
2.4 Compliance with agreements
- Honor agreements made with customers
- Avoid all fraudulent activities
- Respond to customers professionally and respectfully
2.5 Platform rights
- Remove or suspend accounts that violate regulations
- Verify the truthfulness of provided information
- Protect customers and platform users
3. REGULATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS (Technicians & Engineers)
Individuals registering as experts in repairing, operating, or providing machinery and equipment services in various TVET, or IPRC trades must comply with the following:
3.1 Knowledge and skills
- Have knowledge, training, or experience in that trade
- Able to perform the services registered for
- Have appropriate professional conduct and behavior
3.2 Required documents
- Certificate
- Diploma
- Degree
- Recommendation
- Portfolio of completed work
- Work experience
- Customer testimonials
3.3 Professional profile information
- Full name
- Profession/trade
- Experience or years in the field
- Work location
- Phone number
- Email address
3.4 Professional conduct
- Work honestly with customers
- Provide quality and reliable services
- Do not damage customer equipment
- Honor agreed timelines
- Protect customer confidentiality when required
3.5 Prohibited activities
- Claiming qualifications or experience not possessed
- Fraud or earning money illegally
- Intentionally providing poor services
- Misusing customer information
3.6 Platform rights
- Suspend or remove accounts that violate regulations
- Verify the authenticity of submitted documents
- Investigate user complaints or issues
- Cooperate with relevant authorities when legal issues arise
4. PLATFORM RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The platform has the following responsibilities and rights:

- The platform is not liable for disputes between customers and service or product providers, but may assist in resolving issues.
- All user information will be protected and secured in accordance with data protection laws.
- Platform users agree that all activities performed on the platform may be monitored to protect the security and interests of all users.
